Talent Program - 3 months Innovation challenge (20h/week)

New inventions make your heart beat faster and you can't wait to dive into entrepreneurship?<br/><br/>Our 3-month digital innovation program (20h/week) allows you to do just that - explore and experience how entrepreneurial minds innovate and independently apply the design thinking methodology to address real-world challenges faced by large companies.<br/>You can be the problem-solver of a real challenge of our corporate partner companies and develop your own out-of-the-box solution in an interdisciplinary team with complete ownership. For example, work on topics such as e-mobility, digital health and IoT and create real impact with your ideas. Your ZOLLHOF coach and various innovation workshops will support you on this journey to really tap your full potential.</span><ul><li>Enrolled student (for the complete duration of the program) - any study background is welcome (e.g. Business, IT, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Psychology, Health)</li><li>Possibility to start at the following months: January, April, July or October</li><li>Curiosity for innovations and great interest in tech topics, open personality, proactive approach to issues &amp; solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Work permit for the whole duration, confident use of the German and English language</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Knowledge</strong>: workshops and learning days for personal and professional development</li><li><strong>Support:</strong> personal coach who helps you to reach the next level of development</li><li><strong>Entrepreneurship:</strong> real ownership and responsibility for your project during your 3 months at ZOLLHOF &amp; entrepreneurial insights by mastering methods like Design Thinking and Lean Startup</li><li><strong>Network:</strong> chance to expand your network (access to over 80 startups and numerous corporate innovators) and join ZOLLHOF startups and corporate partners in exciting roles (psssst, we have a job placement rate of 60% in the ZOLLHOF ecosystem after the program)</li><li><strong>ZOLLHOF benefits:</strong> flexibility &amp; trust, take part in the ZOLLHOF office life with delicious coffee &amp; drinks, small expense allowance</li></ul>
