The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role includes managing daily office tasks, coordinating meetings, and maintaining clear and effective communication with staff, clients, and external contacts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Pay: $18.00/hr
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Draft and send various reports to the client
- Staffing Reports
- Supply Usage Reports
- Event Coverage Reports
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel)
- Assist Regional Director and Project Manager with various book keeping tasks, which may include:
- Expense Reporting
- Work Order Submissions in Corrigo
- Maintaining a Staffing Roster
- Maintain Office
- Ensure that there are adequate office supplies
- Minimize office supply waste by efficient use
- Hang up any pertinent information directed by Corporate and/or Management
- Must be present on site to allow entry to employees
- Assist with any beginning/end of shift related tasks
- Assist with the cleaning/laundry duties.
- Assist with team member onboarding
- Host onboarding session with new hires
- Assist new hires with any start up paperwork
- Assist managers with any requests regarding new hires
- Take notes from meetings and send out to appropriate recipients
- Assist Talent Acquisition team in on ensuring the staffing roster is up to date and discussing open positions in tandem with management.
