Experience:  

• Verify dental insurance benefits and coverage for patients
• Greet patients warmly and manage front desk check-in and check-out
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Educate patients on their treatment plans and financial responsibilities
• Other assigned task 

Qualifications:  

• Previous experience in dental or medical preferred, not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude
