You would be joining a team of customer focused associates who are passionate about servicing Financial Professionals.
The Commission department plays a key role in providing support for various functions and multiple products. The primary job responsibilities consist of processing commission payments in various systems, providing timely responses to inquiries, monitor daily controlled reports and reconciling commission payments for our Financial Professionals.
Our goal is to provide excellent customer service for our Financial Professionals by taking ownership of inquiries and following them through to resolution. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and Financial Professionals regarding commission-related inquiries and issues.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
Qualifications:
• A strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making individual who is mathematically inclined
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Works expertly independently and in a team environment
• Enjoys collaborating across teams and functions - has the ability to bring out the best in others!
• Keen problem solver that connects with each customer with compassion and relays a sense of ownership, urgency and responsibility
• Committed to owning customer issues from start to finish
• Enjoys identifying opportunities to enhance or improve processes / procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including: Word and Excel
• Proficient PC / keyboarding skills with the ability to maneuver between multiple applications while multi-tasking
Hours: Candidate should be able to support core hours for the department as determined
