Job Summary
Familiar with designing, implementing, and operating cyber GRC programs with expertise in cybersecurity awareness/education, cyber third-party risk management, cyber risk management, and health care specific compliance frameworks.
Essential Functions
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
- Develop and present Cybersecurity training content
- Conduct and monitor simulated phishing campaigns
- Manage the integrated controls framework
- Perform internal risk assessment, perform issue management, and risk remediation tracking
- Support the maintenance and enhancements of GRC tool
- Manage the HITRUST and other compliance programs
- Manage cyber GRC related ServiceNow tickets
- Mentor junior team members
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required):
Familiarity with cyber awareness, cyber risk management, and health care specific compliance requirements such as HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Phishing simulations
Familiarity with GRC tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms
Familiar with health care specific cyber control frameworks
Ability to mentor junior members of the team
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
