Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Product Manager, Responsible AI to be part of our cross-functional AI Governance & Responsible AI team of product managers, engineers, legal experts, risk experts, and researchers who are building an ethical and trustworthy approach to building responsible AI solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, roadmap and operationalizing our Responsible AI program within ServiceNow, as well as ensuring that ServiceNow meets the highest standards of quality, fairness, accountability, and transparency when building & delivering AI products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the program vision, strategy, and roadmap for Responsible AI across the organization and to external stakeholders.
- Define and monitor the key performance indicators and success metrics for our Responsible AI & AI Governance program.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of responsible AI experts across the organization who are responsible for defining and delivering ServiceNow’s Responsible AI vision & roadmap.
- Operationalize AI Governance & Responsible AI policies with engineering, design, research, legal, risk, policy, and compliance teams to ensure that our Responsible AI strategy meets customer & market expectations.
- Design and deliver comprehensive Responsible AI training, and continuing education programs for ServiceNow employees and customers
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and thought leaders in the Responsible AI domain
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, machine learning, or data science domains.
- Strong knowledge and passion for Responsible AI, including the technical, ethical, social, and legal aspects of AI.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric, and impactful AI products and initiative.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under uncertainty in a fast-paced environment

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $181,100 - $316,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
