Job Description

As the Senior Associate, Investment Management you will run small to medium-sized projects. Your goal is to learn and apply basic Investment Management + Operations principles. You will report to the Supervisor, Investment Management.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

• You will provide oversight of campaign set-up and stewardship in an agency media buying platform
• You will be accountable for the accuracy of Insertion Orders sent to media partners
• You will be accountable for on-budget delivery of media investments, accuracy of media billing and invoices
• You will be accountable for the actualization and reconciliation of media investments
• You will be responsible for partner payment mitigation and resolution
• You are responsible for delivery of Marketplace Value workbooks and campaign closures
• You will have the opportunity manage junior Investment Associates

Qualifications

• 2+ years of within media planning or buying
• 1+ years experience in media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean…)
• 1+ year experience in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
