About the Role:
Walmart International is seeking a strategic and results-driven Group Director of Process Improvement to lead efforts that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across our global markets. This role will be instrumental in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements that drive business outcomes and elevate the associate and customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with market leaders and cross-functional teams to assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Develop scalable solutions that can be adapted across multiple international markets.
- Monitor and report on the impact of implemented changes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Serve as a thought leader and change agent, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in process improvement, operations, or strategy roles, ideally in a global or matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
