Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Support and Scheduler in our White Bear Lake, MN facility! This individual will provide assistance and support to the Call Center by creating and posting schedules as well as processing orders, maintaining records, providing quality assurance, answering questions, and resolving routine problems.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing a high level of clerical, administrative and technical support
  • Works directly with customers to solve difficult issues
  • Create and maintain schedule accuracy for Call Center reps
  • Manage the Call Center resources based on call volume
  • Maintain effective communication with Call Center management
  • Work in a fast-paced, Call Center environment, scheduling and assisting internal customers

You Must Have:

  • Customer Service experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, and manage several tasks / projects at one time
  • Detail oriented with ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Must be self-driven and have the ability to work independently
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook mail
