An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, curious and business minded individual to join our Corporate Strategy team in Bristol. The Strategy team works closely with senior leadership and is trusted to solve complex problems that will have an impact on the strategic direction of the business. This individual will lead various project types including market assessments, portfolio analysis, and competitive intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Defence and Group Strategic Initiatives
- Supporting market and competitive assessments to inform strategic direction.
- Developing expert understanding of key Defence programmes and the impact to Group.
- Interfacing with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior business leaders.
Position qualifications:
- A business-minded individual with aerospace and defence experience.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- A motivated self-starter, eager to learn and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
Preferred requirements:
- An understanding of company financials and the ability to build simple business cases / forecasts.
