Job Summary
Join our Data and Automation team within Regulatory to identify and implement best practices in technology solutions. As a Product Owner, you will manage various technology platforms, implement automated solutions, and leverage AI-driven efficiency measures.We seek a motivated self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, and data analysis expertise. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn about electric utility regulation and contribute to the enhancement of technology efficiencies within our team.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
1. Product Ownership and Collaboration
- Drive alignment with business goals as the Product Owner for various solutions.
- Optimize solution usage and promote best practices through collaboration with internal customers.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success and enhance collaboration.
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform to elevate our business solutions.
- Manage IT-supported solution changes effectively and efficiently.
- Provide user support by addressing inquiries and conducting impactful training sessions.
- Resolve discrepancies in contractor proposals, clarifying program processes and costs.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
2. Regulatory Systems Management and Support
- Provide ongoing support and best practice guidance for core Regulatory applications.
- Serve as the Regulatory site administrator, overseeing data access and user permissions.
- Monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality support.
3. Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization
- Map process flows to identify areas for enhancement.
- Critically evaluate requests to determine effective solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to leverage existing applications and foster interdepartmental cooperation.

4. Technology Integration and Change Management
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify and assess emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with Operating Companies to evaluate the viability of new services.
- Integrate AI into business processes to boost operational efficiency.
- Understand software development processes, tools, and technologies, including cloud computing and data analytics.

What We're Looking For:
Education/Experience:
Regulatory Consultant Senior:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field AND 4 years relative field OR
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field AND 8 years relative field OR
- High School diploma or GED AND 10 years relative field, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Regulatory Consultant Principal:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. AND 6 years relative field OR
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field 10 years relative field OR
- High School diploma or GED AND 12 years relative field, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Other Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner, product management, or a related role.
- Desirable certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) & Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Knowledge of AEP sys
