2nd Shift DC Janitorial Associate - Mattoon

A Building Coordinator is responsible for all, housekeeping or cleaning responsibilities within Rural King Distribution. Building Coordinators are responsible for all grounds housekeeping and facility housekeeping as business needs dictate.

• Responsible for all cleaning of conference rooms, breakroom, bathrooms, warehouse, ect
• Responsible for using cleaning equipment and chemicals properly along with personal protective equipment as necessary.
• Responsible for checking fire extinguishers and bait traps as needed.
• Fill propane tanks as directed by management.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• May be required to cross train and perform other duties

• • Prior housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.

  • Vacuums, mops, brooms, ect.
  • Cleaning chemicals

  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 65 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to repetitively lift, bend, carry and push
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department across facilities.
  • Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices).
  • Must have close visual acuity.
