Job Title: Manager, Global Investigations – Case Management
Location: Bentonville, AR

About the Role:
The Manager, Global Investigations – Case Management will support the oversight and execution of significant ethics investigations across Walmart’s global operations. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day case management process, ensuring investigations are conducted thoroughly and objectively, and supporting the alignment of investigative resources with business needs and enterprise priorities.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the creation, triage, and progress of assigned cases, ensuring investigations are completed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support leadership in allocating investigative resources to address evolving business needs and risk priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, and business leaders, to facilitate effective case management and resolution.
• Track case trends, assist in identifying emerging risks, and contribute insights to improve investigative strategies and processes.
• Utilize established case management processes, tools, and reporting to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability.
• Promote and uphold Walmart’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity in all investigative activities.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and operational excellence within the team.

What You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage, triage, and progress multiple cases efficiently and in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Effectively collaborates with cross-functional partners, including Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, and business leaders, to achieve case resolution.
• Adapts to evolving business needs and risk priorities, supporting leadership in resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
• Applies analytical skills to track case trends, identify emerging risks, and contribute actionable insights for process improvement.
• Utilizes case management tools and reporting systems to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability in investigative processes.
• Upholds and promotes the company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity in all activities.
• Embraces a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and operational excellence within the team.
