Work Arrangement

This is a U.S.-based hybrid role, requiring two in-office days per week at our New York City office. While hybrid work is preferred, we also welcome fully remote candidates within the U.S., with priority given to those able to work in a hybrid capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the executive team to define strategic opportunities and work with UPSTACK's Engineering, Data Analyst, and Data Engineering teams to drive the roadmap for AI initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, process optimizations, and unmet customer needs.
• Work closely with data, engineers, and designers to translate product vision into detailed specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate on product design.
