Compensation: $37.46-$37.46 / Hour

Tessera is seeking an experienced Production Control Clerk Lead. The Production Control Clerk Lead is a working lead responsible for supporting the effective and efficient execution of the end-to-end (E2E) work management process. This position assists with work reception, client interface, preventive maintenance (PM) generation, planning and scheduling integration, material integration, shop execution, reporting, and closeout while supporting Production Control Clerks and operational coordination.   

Typical duties include but are not limited to:  

  • Under the guidance of the Production Manager and in collaboration with key project personnel, helps define and suggest areas for improvement to the E2E work management process.   

  • As a lead, coaches and trains Production Control Clerks and other personnel on work management processes.  

  • Supports the Production Manager by making suggestions to the shop scheduling process, ensuring planning, material availability, and shop availability are integrated to optimize execution wrench time.   

  • Coordinates with the Reliability/EAM team to assist the Pr
