Education: High school graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred, or 10+ years of experience working in Hospital leadership positions.
Experience: Must have at least five (5) years' experience working in a hospital setting, interacting with patients and physicians.
Mental/Physical Effort: Must be able to work under pressure of deadlines and frequent interruptions. Courtesy and discretion are required in dealing with patients and their stays. Work requires close attention to detail. Considerable initiative and judgment involved in assuming responsibility for routine matters. Must be able to deal with situations which necessitate occasional independent decisions, and also to handle public contact in a manner that reflects the credibility of the Hospital and the Administrative offices.
