Overview:

We are seeking experienced solar installers to join our team. This position requires prior solar installation experience and the ability to drive company vehicles. We primarily perform residential solar installations, and this role offers ample opportunities for growth. Candidates must have strong coordination, basic tool knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the assembly and installation of racking and solar arrays, ensuring quality and safety.
• Direct the installation of roof-mounted solar systems and coordinate workflow.
• Ensure all roof penetrations are properly sealed to maintain structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and project specifications.
• Train and mentor junior team members to foster a productive work environment.
• Communicate project progress and troubleshoot issues with management.

Qualifications:

• Solar installation experience required.
• Ability to drive company vehicles (valid driver’s license and clean driving record required).
• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23-25 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
