Job Overview

Mobile Associates play a crucial role in our Retail Team, representing our brand in partner locations. They thrive in high-traffic environments, engaging customers, and showcasing our products and services. These associates excel at building customer relationships, identifying needs, and providing tailored solutions, exceeding performance targets through exceptional sales and service.

Location: Duluth, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively educate and engage with a diverse range of customers in a busy retail setting
• Utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of products and services
• Complete comprehensive training on DSI in-store experiences, products, and processes. Continuously enhance skills for optimal customer service
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers by providing personalized service
• Our ideal candidate is friendly, customer-centric, and eager to develop new skills

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
