Senior Associate Scientist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analytical Development Associate to support HPLC method development and analytical assay optimization. This role is essential in developing, improving, and qualifying analytical methods that ensure the quality and consistency of pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will work closely with a collaborative team to support analytical initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of HPLC methods for purity and impurity analysis.
• Assist in the qualification of new and existing analytical assays.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and method-related challenges.
• Design experiments and document procedures in accordance with good laboratory practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical and regulatory goals.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline from an accredited institution.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with HPLC methods and assays.
• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry techniques and method development.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in team-oriented environments.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• A sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
