GBS
The Group Client Service Partner supports customer centricity by managing an assigned book of business (STD, LTD, FML and ADA), proactively identifying customer needs and creating innovative solutions.
Client Relationships /Service
- Owns the operations service relationship with the client. Responsible for building strong relationships with the client, proactively identifying solutions that meet their needs in a timely and cost effective manner, enhancing Cigna's reputation in the market.
- Demonstrates solid planning and organizational skills with the ability to address short and long term goals while prioritizing and addressing ongoing issues.
- Owns the operational end-to-end service delivery and recovery plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
Internal Liaison
- Responsible for engaging internal matrix partners on escalated service issues.
- Coordinate client and customer communications with internal business partners.
- Facilitate engagement between subject matter experts within Cigna to execute overall service strategy for client.
- Effectively manages issue to resolution.
- Provides routine updates and/or trending to internal partners including but not limited to Client Manager, Sales, Operational and Senior Leadership Teams.
- Monitors overall health of the client (account metrics and performance guarantees).
- Partners with client management team to proactively develop and deliver routine service updates with regards to account performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of extensive client management experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively problem-solve.
- Knowledge of Group Insurance Products Highly preferred
- Ability to establish matrix partner relationships and follow through on expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly while utilizing perseverance and customer-centric approaches in day-to-day work.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple and divergent priorities
- Work independently and pro-actively manage expectations for mutually acceptable solutions.
- Proficiency with multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, tracking systems).
- Must possess strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Some travel may be required.

Salary range: $65,000-$100,000
