As a warehouse associate, you will collaborate closely with other staff members in the RCX Sports Event Warehouse. You will report directly to the warehouse manager and adhere to all warehouse policies and procedures under the supervision of our event warehouse management team. In this position, you will monitor inventory, prepare orders for upcoming events, and handle the shipping of orders within the event warehouse. The ideal candidate for this role is a dedicated professional with prior warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.

What you’ll do: 

• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to receive inventory shipments.  
• Sort and organize incoming and outgoing warehouse products.  
• Prepare and pull shipments for upcoming events. 
• Load and unload trucks carrying event materials. 
• Ship and receive shipments for events.  
• Audit material orders to ensure accuracy. 
• Utilize the warehouse management system to maintain accurate inventory. 
• Follow directions from warehouse management to effectively organize inventory in bulk storage areas.  
• Regularly review and update picking locations, bins, and labels to ensure inventory aligns with the warehouse management system.  
• Perform routine inventory audits and control processes.  
• Maintain inventory procedures to ensure accuracy in stock locations. 
• Assist with general warehouse maintenance to ensure clean and safe working environments.

More about the role: 

• Travel Expectations: Less than 10% 
• Department: Events  
• Reports to: Warehouse Events Logistics Manager 
• Supervisory Responsibilities: None 
• Work Schedule: Full-time 40 hours/week Monday-Friday 
• Compensation Structure: Hourly – Full Time, overtime eligible 
• Location: Onsite – Roswell, GA

Requirements

 What you’ll bring: 

• High School Diploma (Or Equivalent) (required) 
• Prior experience in a similar warehouse role (preferred) 
• Forklift certification (preferred) 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.  
• Ability to stand for longer periods of time through 8-hour shift  
• Ability to work overtime as needed 
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively, quickly, and to regularly meet tight deadlines in a warehouse environment 
• Passion for collaboratively working
