Job Description

We are seeking a Production Foreperson to work at our plant. As part of your job you will be responsible for:

• Providing coverage for time off requests for Ink Technicians and Shift Supervisors
• Assisting in all activities of Ink Production  
• Issuing daily Assignments, follow up on Assignments, assist Supervisors as needed,
• Serving as the lead person when covering for Shift Supervisor
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of all workstations in Production or experiance in a Production environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills to motivate and encourage team members
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance
• Basic understanding of daily work flow through all departments, in basic equipment 
• Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be flexible with work schedule
