About the Role:
LG NOVA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales/ Business Development Representative (contractor) for a hybrid/ remote position. As a Sales/Business Development Representative, you will be the face of LG NOVA, introducing our groundbreaking digital health platform to mental health practices, clinics, and hospitals specializing in anxiety and depression treatment. You will play a crucial role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and ultimately driving adoption of our platform. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing new venture and directly contribute to improving mental healthcare access.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients (mental health practices, clinics, hospitals) specializing in anxiety and depression treatment through various channels (e.g., online research, prospect databases, industry events, networking).
- Product Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct engaging and informative product demos, highlighting the key features and benefits of our digital platform and how it addresses specific client pain points. Tailor presentations to the unique needs of each prospect.
- Pilot Program Recruitment: Secure participation in a short (8-12 weeks) pilot program, working closely with clients to onboard them onto the platform and ensure successful pilot experience.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within mental health practices, including clinicians, administrators, and practice managers.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and secure Letters of Intent (LOIs) or other forms of commitment following successful pilot programs.
- Market Feedback: Gather valuable feedback from clients regarding the platform and its functionality, sharing insights with the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, demos, pilot programs, and closed deals, using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging, identify target markets, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Represent the Company: Represent LGNOVA professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or healthcare technology industry.
- Experience selling digital health solutions is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of the mental health landscape and the challenges faced by mental health practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
