Delivery Hero Europe consists of 6 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions. </p><p> </p><p>We are the Regional Creative Team, producing online and offline assets for seven countries and two brands. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, innovative, and culturally relevant creative materials that drive brand engagement and customer loyalty. We focus on ensuring brand consistency across all markets, building brand awareness, strengthening brand equity, fostering brand love, and supporting business growth. You'll work with talented graphic and motion designers and creative ops professionals on diverse projects, collaborating with international teams, exchanging ideas, and developing concepts for various markets. </p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>If you're a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international  and diverse workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!</strong></strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Your mission: </strong></strong></p><ul><li><p>Working as part of our Berlin-based Graphic design team, supporting other team members in the preparation and execution of larger projects, exploring briefs and generating ideas</p></li><li><p>Implementing brand guidelines into everyday tasks.</p></li><li><p>Presenting and rationalizing work, building strong relationships, and good communication with all internal stakeholders and local markets.</p></li><li><p>You have experience designing for brands and marketing, with a strong portfolio and references to show for it.</p></li><li><p>Working on multiple projects at one time, prioritizing and completing tasks to deliver desired outcomes within the allotted time frames.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Your heroic skills: </strong></strong></p><ul><li><p>1-3 years of experience working in the field</p></li><li><p>You are eager to learn and grow your skill set by undertaking training and working with our Regional design teams to share knowledge and best practices. </p></li><li><p>You are a strategic and creative thinker and understand how to make an impact.</p></li><li><p>You can interpret a brief and communicate internally.</p></li><li><p>You have experience in working to very tight deadlines and are self-sufficient for simple problems.</p></li><li><p>You have excellent language skills and speak English fluently.</p></li><li><p>You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, &amp; Figma.</p></li><li><p>You have first experience designing for brand and marketing, with a portfolio and references to show for it</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Nice to have: </strong></strong></p><ul><li><p>Skills in motion graphics, photography, video editing, web design or sound design are a plus.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>About us: </strong></strong> As the world’s leading local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience, fast, easy, and to your door.
