Our Barbacks assist the Bartenders and ensure all assigned areas of responsibility are kept orderly and clean.

Skills and experience you will bring to us:

• Bar Back monitors stock levels and obtains supplies and equipment for refreshment bars.
• Always ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly.
• Daily performs routine inventory of all required refreshment bar items. Remains up to date on all cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware. 
• Always stocks coolers and dry stock items for Bartenders.

 

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous beverage experience preferred.
