We have a great onsite opportunity to hire a talented Human Resources Leader to provide world-class HR partnership and leadership to our North America Aftermarket Operations organization comprised of 9 P&L units, and nearly 3,000 employees.

What Will You Do
Are you a dynamic HR professional passionate about leading through complex HR challenges, transforming the way we work, and driving business results? We're seeking a strategic Human Resources Leader to partner with our senior leadership team and lead AMO site HR teams (directly and indirectly) to shape the future of our growing organization. You will collaborate with OEM HR leaders at shared sites ensuring partnership, alignment, and execution.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor and influential partner to senior leadership, aligning HR programs with business goals and driving strategic initiatives.
- Culture Champion: Cultivate a workplace culture rooted in our core RTX values: Safety, Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation.
- HR Program Excellence: Expertly manage and lead the NA AMO team through core HR processes, including performance management, compensation planning, employee relations, and professional development.
- Employee Advocate: Understand and connect with the AMO employee experience to enable employee advocacy both within the HR function and to the business. Conduct thorough investigations, advise through difficult matters and provide effective solutions to leadership through employee relations issues.
- Leadership Development: Coach and mentor your direct HR team, as well as executives, managers and employees, empowering them to maximize their potential and contribute to organizational success.
- Succession Planning: Play a key role in succession planning initiatives, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for future organizational needs.
- Data-Driven Insights: Oversee the compilation and analysis of HR metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve HR effectiveness.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent and support recruitment efforts as needed. Drive hiring across units to ensure collective hiring goals are achieved, and agility in hiring plans to evolving business conditions.
- Process Improvement: Leverage process improvement/lean manufacturing methodologies to optimize HR processes and align with business objectives.
- Project Leadership: Lead and support special projects, contributing to organizational initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications You Must Have
- A Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience; OR an advanced degree and 10+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

- Demonstrated success in leading and managing organizational change initiatives, with quantifiable results.
