Position: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) PRN

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Therapy in Action: You’ll work with residents to assist them in performing exercises, stretches, and physical activities that promote recovery and mobility. Your hands-on work will help individuals regain the ability to move, walk, and perform everyday tasks independently.

  • Personalized Care: You’ll implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with physical therapists, ensuring each resident’s needs are met and goals are achieved.

  • Building Relationships: Form strong, supportive relationships with our residents, empowering them to take steps toward better health. Your work will directly impact their quality of life, from regaining strength to simply moving more comfortably.

  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside an amazing team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physical therapists, and staff, to deliver exceptional care that promotes healing and wellness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with a valid state license
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives
  • Strong communication skills to connect with residents and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn and grow!
