Senior Salesforce / Copado Developer

 

This position requires working Pacific (US) Time Zone - previous Copado experience is required.

 

Position Description / Duties: 

 

• Participate in the development of Saleforce.com applications based on client needs.
• Execute declarative and custom Salesforce application configurations.
• Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment.
• Responsible for developing of new features, maintenance, and enhancements of existing functionality.
• Execute and document Salesforce.com releases.
• Foster and maintain best practices and coding standards.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase product quality and customer satisfaction.

 

General Required Technical Skills:

 

• Five plus years’ experience with end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation, integration and enhancement projects.
• Extensive experience with Copado (Certified preferred).
• Experience in managing Release Pipeline for multiple Salesforce projects.
• Experience in Conflict Identification and Remediation required for Product Releases.
• Strong experience in Git toolset.
• Lightning Experience, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components experience
• Salesforce basics – Apex, Visualforce, triggers, objects, security model, etc.
• Salesforce CRM basics - Lead, Opportunity, Account, Case
• Salesforce OOO - Workflow Rules, Process Builder and Visual Flows
• Advanced integrations, REST API, Connected APP, OAUTH Flows
• Experience integrating business processes across systems and multiple Salesforce instances using web services, SOAP, XML, REST, MSMQ, workflow, XML, HTML, UML and JavaScript.
• Knowledgeable on Agile.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Development of custom objects, fields and formulas, custom reports, and dashboards.
• Integration experience with other Salesforce applications and external systems.
• Development of SOAP and REST based web services used for custom development.
• Solid understanding of SaaS and CRM development processes and methodologies.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining validation rules and custom workflows.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Strong Apex, Visual Force knowledge.
• Strong communication to be able to work with key technical and business stakeholders.
• Able to support Pacific Time Zone.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
