Registered nurse is a person who holds a valid Indiana license and who bears primary responsibility and accountability for nursing practices based on specialized knowledge,judgment, and skilled derived from the principles of biological, physical, and behavioral sciences. Under the direction of the Provider(s) and Practice Manager the RN Wound Care Case Manager performs the primary function of an RN in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in the Wound Care Center

Overview of Responsibilities

• Assessing health conditions.
• Deriving nursing diagnosis (patient problems & needs).
• Planning / Executing nursing regimen and nursing actions.
• Advocating the provision of healthcare.
• Teaching, administering, supervision, delegating and evaluating nurse practice.
• Delegating tasks that assist with implementing the nursing, medical and dental regimes including other licensed health care providers with active clinical privileges at Reid.

Education/Experience

Education Required: Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree required

Licensure: Licensure in the State of Indiana as a Registered Nurse is require

Schedule Details

Day Shift. Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. No weekends and minimal holidays.
