Job Description
Your Career
As a Technical Enablement Architect with a cybersecurity specialization, your mission is to equip our Systems Engineers with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in the field. You will leverage your expertise in GRC, risk and compliance, offensive security, vulnerability assessments, incident response practices, SOC operations to drive our SEs' success. Collaboration with the Enablement Service Center and a deep understanding of security solutions and industry trends are vital components of this role. Your work will directly support our Unit 42 Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
Your Impact
- Utilize your experience as a Systems Engineer, SOC Manager, Customer Success Engineer, or Incident Response Consultant to bring real-world expertise to the SE team.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with SIEM, XDR, and SOAR tools, enhancing SEs' knowledge of these critical cybersecurity components.
- Drive the onboarding program for new SE hires, ensuring they can effectively present and demonstrate Palo Alto Networks security solutions from day one.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of security solutions and industry trends to provide SEs with the most current knowledge.
- Lead ongoing SE development, empowering them to deliver compelling customer presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations aligned with Unit 42 GTM strategies.
- Implement technical enablement and discovery skills, enabling SEs to navigate complex customer environments effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Enablement Service Center to develop tailored learning paths for technical sellers, leveraging your cybersecurity expertise.
- Continuously refine and enhance SE training materials and programs to keep them aligned with the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer, SOC Manager, Customer Success Engineer, or Incident Response Consultant.
- Strong expertise in GRC, risk and compliance, offensive security, vulnerability assessments, incident response practices, SOC operations, and red/blue team concepts.
- Familiarity with SIEM, XDR, and SOAR tools.
- Proficiency with complex cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to drive the onboarding and continuous development of SEs.
- In-depth understanding of security solutions and industry trends.
- Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic) annually.
