The Position:

The Commercial Team Program Specialist is responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of specific projects within the commercial department to ensure compliance with protocols, budgets, and timelines. This role assists in streamlining business practices, optimizing resources, and supports the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and EVP, Sales and Market Development. Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with project timelines, budgets, procedures, and tracking systems for the commercial team.
• Support the direction, implementation, and completion of commercial projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Assist with project needs, updates, changes, and final outcomes, including direct management of select projects as assigned.
• Adhere to and support processes which will improve efficiency and effectiveness across the commercial team.
• Assist with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to support the execution of commercial initiatives.
• Provide support with internal stakeholders in the development of training materials, sales tools, and other resources.
• Assist in the execution of strategies that support commercial operations.
• Monitor expenses and ensure delegated projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and EVP, Sales and Market Development with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, calendar management, expense reporting, and other duties as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and consistency in all tasks
• Maintain the confidentiality of all files, documents, and records related to commercial operations.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Schedule:

• Standard business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
• Will have opportunity to work Remotely

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and meeting planning. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Visio and other productivity tools
