Description

As the Product Management Director for Prophesee, you work with the Product team to drive the E&I product targeting Emerging and Industrial markets. With your experience in product management, you define and lead the overall development plan for Prophesee E&I solutions. You lead a strong team that constantly exchanges with customers, defines the overall architecture of the solutions, set-up and supervises key product specifications, drives engineering implementation plan and own final deliverables quality.

You have a solid knowledge of product management, with successful program experiences in the semiconductor image sensor industry. Your analytical skills and your strategic mindset allow you to articulate execution performance and strategic decision-making with the senior management. You hold a pivot role interacting with cross functional teams: hardware & software engineering teams, product team, image quality team. You structure the processes and generate accurate dashboards and reports for the management.

Responsibilities

• Product owner
• Plan product launch programs from start to completion: identify key milestones and decision points, anticipate, and adjust to business opportunities
• Follow-up on program execution, measure actuals & propose, and lead improvement or adjustment whenever needed
• Maintain the product features roadmap.
• Consolidate the requirements from the different stakeholders and adding them according to business priorities / schedule etc.
• Prioritize tasks and responsibilities across all projects
• Initiate and set goals for product implementing Prophesee strategy for E&I solutions
• Work with the HW, SW and Systems team to provide clear guide on what they need to deliver and when.
• Support the product marketing and sales
• Facilitate cross-team interactions, build comprehensive reports and dashboards
• Structure key partnerships with external subcontractors
• Reporting to the E&I GM

Qualifications

• Advance degree in management or relevant engineering fields
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor imaging in application engineering, product or program management roles.
• In depth knowledge of semiconductor imaging market, including market trends, product opportunities, competition, distribution, and industry dynamics
• Excellent knowledge of program management techniques, outstanding skills of evaluation, measurement, and reporting
• Experience working with APAC, USA, EMEA
• Solid ability to lead and work with cross functional teams
• Solid communication skills, with capability to quickly extract key requirements & tradeoffs to drive decision making in across multiple teams with different backgrounds.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills required

Position located at the HQ (Paris) and might require up to 20% of travel.
