Storable is seeking an enthusiastic Global Benefits Manager to manage our healthcare, insurance, and employee benefits programs in the US, India, and Australia. Our service-oriented team is focused on sustaining our amazing culture by maintaining a world-class and positive employee experience in a remote-first environment. While we have offices in India and Australia, our US team is fully-remote.

Reporting to the Manager, Global Compensation & Benefits, you will play a significant role in the design and development of Storable’s global healthcare, wellness, and other benefits programs, as well as managing Storable’s benefits vendors on a day-to-day basis.

What you will do:

• Own Storable’s employee benefit plans in each country in which Storable operates.
• Administer and communicate the company's benefits program, including plan options, policy features, enrollment details, and wellness programs.
• Plan and manage Storable’s annual benefits Open Enrollment in the US and India.
• Assist in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs.
• Create new employee onboarding benefits collateral/training, and support ongoing benefits communications.
• Process benefit plan enrollments and changes.
• Reconcile benefits invoices and enrollments monthly.
• Respond to benefits-related questions in the Shared Services queue.
• Coordinate employee leaves of absence with Storable’s external leave management partner (FMLA, other leaves of absence)
• Manage COBRA administration with Storable’s external vendor
• Research and ensure company compliance with federal and state laws related to benefit plans.
• Ensure healthcare and benefits program information remains up-to-date in our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and Benefits intranet site (Confluence).
• Assist the Manager, Global Compensation and Benefits in managing Storable’s 401(k) Plan, working closely with our brokers and record-keepers to ensure a best-in-class experience from plan design, to enrollment, to ongoing education opportunities.
• Work with the People Operations Business Partners to coordinate and drive engagement with Storable’s benefits programs, vendors, and services to encourage use and adoption.

What you will need: 

• 12+ years of Benefits experience
• 5+ years of working on a global people operations team 
• 5+ years of experience working in a self-funded environment
• High level of comfort speaking to employee audiences on payroll and benefits.
• Proficiency with Google Office Suite products 
• Organizational skills; strong detail, process, and quality-oriented mindset
• A love for doing the right things, the right way
• An optimistic, service-oriented attitude and a drive to grow and develop in a scaling SaaS organization
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines

Bonus Points:

• Reporting and audit experience: ACA, Form 5500s, EEO.
• Experience in transitioning from a fully-insured to self-funded plan.

The range listed below is only representative of base salary. Every role at Storable has a variable incentive. Position pay range$85,000—$110,000 USD
