The Data Analytics Manager will focus on building operational efficiences across all company processes, with a stron emphasis on using advanced development skills such as Phython and API development to automate and streamline data integration.  The Data Analytics Manager will handle business and project issues proactively and escalate as appropiately to the Director of Data Analytics and the Senior Team.  The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with relevant stakeholders, delivering on request for anaylis.  The Data Analytics Manager will work collaboratetively to assist in the design and implementation of analysis to answer challenging business questions.  This role is responsible for leading a team that has the abilities to collaborate across the business to provide strategic analytical input.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
2. Develop and implement Plython scripts, APIs, and other automation tools to enhance inegration and data flow between systems.
3. Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, automated processes, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
4. Design and build technical processes to address business issues.
5. Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
6. Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
7. Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing and product teams.
8. Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
9. Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
10. Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
11. Offers tailored support and development for team members with varying reporting and analytics experience.
12. Responsible for continued implementation of report automation and distribution through provided resources.
13. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, document, and automate inefficient workflow across departments. 
14. Partner with business units to support opportunities to streamline current processes and provide solutions to increase overall productivity.
15. Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion, identify specific business opportunities.
16. Influence stakeholders to support business projects.
17. Develop and maintain a strategic network across the organization which can be utilized to successfully drive projects.
18. Consulting on areas of uncertainty to promote optimal use of ideas derived from data.
19. Support Senior Management Team and Directors with in-depth reporting.
20. Other duties as assigned.
