As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Marketing and Customer Analytics organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

We are looking for an analyst to join the Marketing and Customer Analytics Modeling team. In this role, you will monitor a suite of marketing models used to improve campaign efficiency and participate in analytical projects to improve targeting and drive growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyzes large data to assess the effectiveness of existing models and communicates results to key stakeholders
• Participates in analytics and model builds that improve marketing program efficiency
• Collaborates with lead model developers to resolve model related issues
• Creates and maintains model quality dashboards
• Handles administrative tasks related to models, such as report submission to Model Governance
• Addresses model related questions from compliance partners

Preferred skills and experience:

• Familiarity with statistical modeling methodologies, such as regression, and machine learning algorithms used in predictive models
• Hands-on modeling experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Analytical mindset

Job Description

• Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
• Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
• Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
• Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
