The Market Intelligence Program Management Office (PMO) is part of the Operations function within S&P Global’s Market Intelligence division. We lead and manage long-cycle commercial and operational programs in partnership with business and functional leaders, aligned to MI’s strategic priorities.
Our PMO serves as a strategic enabler of value across the organization. Acting as a central hub for coordination and communication, we connect delivery teams, sponsors, and end users to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes. By integrating project management principles with organizational readiness, change enablement, and benefits realization, we foster unified efforts that align people, processes, and technology from the outset—ensuring smooth execution, adoption, and long-term impact.
Responsibilities and Impact:
The Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Project Manager plays a key role in delivering business transformation initiatives that support the strategic direction of the Market Intelligence division. This role goes beyond managing tasks and deliverables—it is about enabling value. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities, operationally ready, and adopted across the organization. Your work will help ensure that every project contributes to measurable outcomes and long-term impact.
In this role you will:
Coordinate and support project activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with governance and strategic priorities
Collect, analyze, and maintain project documentation, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and effective communication
Develop and deliver project updates and communication materials to promote alignment
Maintain detailed records and prepare status reports for leadership
Monitor and manage project risks, maintaining risk logs and mitigation strategies
Support quality assurance and process improvement during project transitions
Track and resolve project issues to ensure smooth execution
Apply project management and change enablement practices to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact
Contribute to benefits management by tracking KPIs and stakeholder feedback to validate outcomes and support continuous improvement

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $64,320 to $105,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in project and program management
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams using industry-standard tools and methodologies, including charters, project plans, RAID logs, RACI matrices, process flow diagrams, communication plans, SOPs, change management strategies, requirements assessments, and structured meeting documentation
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an or
