The Role

As an Associate Work, Rewards & Career you will be responsible for managing projects with our clients in CEEMEA region regarding rewards strategy and programs, market analysis, Pay design, job architecture, career framework, job levelling with WTW specific methodologies, work strategy, skills organization etc. in an international and diverse atmosphere. As an Associate in our team in Greece, you will be

• Focusing on quality through delivering the tasks, activities of the project, and checking/reviewing the deliverables for clients.
• Focusing on analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Focusing on the client, their needs, the candidate needs to be able to build positive relationships with clients/ prospects through work interactions.
• Working collaboratively by conveying ideas, sharing issues and information with others in a fluent manner and providing constructive peer feedback
• thinking ahead, suggesting new ways of working and working in a proactive way

The Requirements

•  6+ years of relevant experience preferably in a Human Capital Management consulting role within an international work environment
• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or any other analytical focused Faculty degree
• Preferably experience in Human Resources consulting
• Ability to build strong client and associate working relationships.
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Proven Project Management skills
• Ability to produce high quality written work, such as business reports or proposals.
• Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done.
