As the Export Sales Order Management Senior Analyst in this crucial role, you will leverage your expertise to ensure our export sales orders meet all regulatory requirements, manage essential documentation, oversee the entire export flow process, handle customs declaration management when applicable, and monitor the intercompany automation model. You will work closely with our Logistics team to facilitate efficient order preparation and transportation and collaborate with the Sales and Operations Execution team for product allocation. Your advanced analytical skills and deep understanding of export processes will be vital in maintaining smooth operations and compliance across our global export activities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the export sales order compliance process. This includes tasks such as export licence assignment and verification, ensure controls compliance. Handle documentation processes checking and validating export documents, determining optimal documentation requirements.

  • When required, block the order for delivery or billing and responsible to follow up to remove delivery as appropriate when issue is resolved and liaise with the impacted stakeholders (e.g. Distribution)

  • Support Customs Declaration whether through the GTP SAP module or via customs brokers specially in case of issues to solve.

  • You will monitor the intercompany automation model to ensure its optimal execution through to the last billing entity, error detection and issues resolution.

  • Monitor orders blocked and perform modification upon requests from the relevant stakeholders (e.g., delivery date change, quantity change, etc.) identify the reason associated and document the changes done

  • Liaise with local responsible to ensure the proper execution of stock allocation that has been previously set-up into the system. Ensure the right coordination to manage the exceptions, reschedule backorders, and investigate possibilities to mitigate to limit out of stock (Delay deliveries, Short-Shelf-Life stock)

  • Liaise with Logistic (distribution & transport to ensure the deliveries and invoicing processes according to the expected lead times, and provide the necessary documentation for shipments while contributing to continuous improvement of order processing as required by Manager, Global Process Lead

About you

Experience:

  • At least 3 to 5 years Supply Chain experience with knowledge of order processing and customer service or similar (essential) preferably in Pharma

  • Advanced understanding of international trade, export documentation, and compliance requirements

  • Overall Order to cash knowledge including link with customer inventory management (essential)

  • Experience in process improvement project (advantageous)

  • Participation in previous transition projects (advantageous)

Technical and soft skills:

  • Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous)

  • Good business acumen (advantageous)  

  • Hands-on experience of SAP (must-have) preferably in S4 Hana

  • Expertise in SAP GTS is a plus

  • Extended practices of SD SAP module with different functionalities

  • Strong understanding of customer inventory management

  • Experience with Case management tools (advantageous) (e.g. Salesforce/ServiceNow)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel (essential)

  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in issue resolution (essential)  

  • Is self-motivated, well organized, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner

  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end minds
