Job Description
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Human Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
We are looking for a motivated and curious AI/ML Intern to join our dynamic team within the Digital, Data & Analytics group at Human Health. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. As an intern, you will work alongside skilled professionals and contribute to ongoing projects, allowing you to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions to help solve various business challenges.
Work collaboratively with team members to understand project goals and contribute to scalable AI/ML initiatives.
Support the maintenance and improvement of AI/ML frameworks and practices.
Participate in research activities and help explore new methodologies in AI and ML.
Stay informed about current trends and advancements in AI/ML and related technologies.
Help team members with data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks.
Contribute to testing and analysis related to AI/ML applications.
Participate in team meetings and communicate findings or ideas clearly.
Requirements:
Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2025
Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a relevant field.
Basic programming skills in Python or a similar language.
Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL or similar languages.
Interest in learning about machine learning concepts and techniques.
Willingness to collaborate and learn from others in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Exposure to machine learning libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow) is a plus.
Enthusiasm for learning about AI/ML technologies and applications.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00-$105,500.00
