Education

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a quality assurance role
• Previous experience in client service or support
• Proven ability to manage complex investigations

• Excellent attention to detail
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This position demands proficiency in operating within an office setting alongside standard office tools. Some travel may be required.
