You’ll spearhead complex data migration and transformation projects for SAP’s most strategic customers, combining hands-on technical expertise with strong project leadership to deliver business-critical system transformations.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What You’ll D</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Project Leadership:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead and manage the <strong>DMLT workstream</strong> within large-scale SAP transformation projects, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget targets are met.</li> <li>Drive <strong>stakeholder management</strong> across SAP, customer, and partner teams, keeping clear communication and alignment.</li> <li>Manage project scope, change requests, and dependencies with formal customer signoffs at key milestones.</li> <li>Oversee risk, issue, and escalation processes while coordinating with Solution Architects and global delivery teams.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Technical Execution:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Configure and use <strong>SAP DMLT tools</strong> for complex data migration and transformation activities.</li> <li>Perform system and feasibility analyses for transformation scenarios including <strong>mergers</strong>, <strong>carve-outs</strong>, and <strong>selective data transitions</strong>.</li> <li>Design best technical architecture using the DMLT portfolio and latest SAP technologies.</li> <li>Lead customer <strong>workshops</strong> to <strong>validate designs </strong>and translate technical solutions into business value.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What You Brin</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Content Focus (ideally 3 to 5 topics mentioned below):</strong></p> <p><strong>Core Experience:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>3-7 years</strong> in SAP consulting with proven <strong>project management</strong> or delivery of <strong>data migration and transformation</strong> projects.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>SAP system landscapes, data migration approaches, and transformation methodologies</strong>, ideally within S/4HANA transition programs.</li> <li>Hands-on involvement in <strong>leading</strong> <strong>project workstreams or full projects</strong>, preferably in <strong>multi-country</strong> or large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.</li> <li>Strong familiarity with <strong>project management standards</strong> (scope, planning, risk, issue, and change management) and the ability to translate them into practical execution.</li> <li>Experience with SAP migration tools and methods like <strong>Migration Cockpit, Data Services, Migration Workbench</strong> or equivalent is a strong plus.</li> <li>High level of Business Process understanding across <strong>Finance</strong>, <strong>Logistics</strong>, or <strong>HR domains</strong>.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Leadership Qualities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Excellent <strong>stakeholder management</strong> and <strong>communication</strong> skills with ability to engage C-level executives and technical teams.</li> <li>Demonstrates an <strong>analytical</strong> approach with experience in managing complexity and identifying potential risks.</li> <li><strong>Emotional intelligence</strong> to navigate different personalities and manage conflicts and self-motivation.</li> <li><strong>Initiative-taking</strong> with high ownership and accountability in dynamic, global environments.</li> <li>Skilled in <strong>active listening</strong> and managing group dynamics, with strong <strong>organization</strong> and <strong>time management</strong> to keep sessions productive and on schedule</li> <li>Willingness to <strong>travel</strong> (10-30%) across EMEA and occasionally international.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Languages</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>English </strong>mandatory, excellent ability needed.</li> <li><strong>German</strong> is a plus.</li> <li><strong>Spanish</strong> excellent ability desired.</li> <li>Portuguese ability desired.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>About this position at SAP:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Employment Type</strong>: Full-time position.<
