You will act on behalf of IFS as a focal point of expertise to ensure the Value Realization to the customer and Revenue Generation to IFS.</p><p><strong>Key to success </strong>is a firm understanding of Project Management in general and the IFS Methodologies in particular, highlighting the ability to gain trust from both the customer and the IFS teams. You enjoy the challenge of being the key driver, decision maker, engager and motivator in projects, while consistently having control of both short and long terms goals along with set KPI’s.</p><p><strong>Your main responsibilities will be to support our continued growth and success through</strong></p><ul><li>manage and delivery of the project within agreed scope, time and cost.</li><li>govern, steer the overall project plan and provide status reports according to defined process</li><li>lead the project team and ensure it is acting as a uniform entity in both communication and methodology </li><li>ensure consistent and timely cost management including invoicing and follow-up</li><li>routinely question and challenge the key decisions that are taken in relation to the solution design to ensure they do not affect the overall scope and timeline/budget of the project</li></ul><p>You will create and deliver customer projects that are considered of high complexity, value and risk, within agreed time, cost and quality parameters and thus delivering agreed business benefits and value. </p><p><strong>We expect you to: </strong></p><ul><li>have adequate understanding of escalation processes and expressing due diligence of own Project.</li><li>quickly gain knowledge of key concepts from the IFS Methodologies</li><li>be able to lead through influence and trust</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>In order to be successful in this role you must have:</strong></p><ul><li>+5 years’ experience in project management of complex IT projects, preferable in ERP projects</li><li>broad ERP knowledge and understanding, and well experienced in managing project implementations</li><li>well-experienced in negotiations</li><li>excellent communication skills </li><li>good presentation skills </li><li>ability to frequent travel (business trips)</li><li>fluency in English (C2 or above) and norwegian language (C2 or above) - verbal and written</li></ul><p><em>These would be great assets to have:</em></p><ul><li>experience in conducting projects in Agile methodology </li><li>certification in one of other Project Management methodologies like Prince2 or PMP </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>This position will be based in our Asker/Oslo office in Norway and is a full-time and permanent role.
