Job Description

Coordinate with the Corporate implementation team and local Management the migration of our North American Business Area's Warehouses into SAP. Help on collecting, interpreting and sharing data with the corporate implementation team to map out our processes and understand potential deviations with the new system. Problem-solving when SAP go-live stage is executed. Help support and train area associates on the use of SAP.

Coordinate SAP implementation. Perform fit analysis for North America warehouses.

Ensure an optimized SAP implementation through our Warehouse and production operations. Provide analysis and advise on warehouse structure and design vs SAP needs.

Carry out the system configuration linked to our product flows, ensuring data consistency

Problem-solving during the implementation stages

Train associates on system usage (SAP)

1 year contract. Significant time working hands-on at the floor with the NJ warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree:  Methods/process engineering preferred.
• Experience in supply chain processes (planning, procurement, purchasing, warehousing, logistics) within distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Experienced user on warehouse management systems highly preferred. (WMS, Oracle, SAP)
• Tech friendly/ Tech savvy
• Preference for some experience in any project management/implementation (process charts, roadmaps, problem solving tools, etc)
