Job Overview:

The Senior Analyst, Risk Management plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s enterprise risk management activities. The position focuses on coordinating assessment processes, maintaining governance routines, and developing structured, data‑driven insights for senior leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to synthesize complex information, and a high level of professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential matters. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with leaders and subject‑matter experts across the organization to ensure clear, consistent communication and timely execution of risk‑related deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the facilitation and documentation of assessments related to emerging issues, business activities, and risk initiatives.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify trends, themes, and potential areas of concern.
  • Build structured metrics, dashboards, and data summaries to enable leadership‑level decision‑making.
  • Interpret and extrapolate data from multiple sources to create meaningful insights for executive consumption.
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and review timelines to ensure timely and coordinated delivery of materials.
  • Maintain and update procedural documentation, process standards, and supporting materials to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather updates, validate information, and ensure consistency across risk‑related materials.
  • Support ongoing enhancements to risk processes, frameworks, and reporting routines.
  • Communicate expectations, timelines, and key messaging clearly and professionally to senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver concise, visually effective executive‑ready reporting materials, including presentations and summaries.
  • Prepare materials used for senior management and Board‑level discussions, ensuring accuracy and a clear narrative.
  • Support ad‑hoc analysis and reporting requests from leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of financial services experience
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (or a related discipline)

Core Competencies:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to apply formulas, manipulate datasets, and extract meaningful insights
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and comfort with executive‑ready presentation design
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement


 

Pay Range:

$80,881-$134,801/year


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
