Internal Sales Administrator

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will perform exceptional administrative support, sales data collection and sound communication skills to support sales and distribution staff. This candidate will be responsible for creating, developing and maintaining best practices for data management using CRM software and MS Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the sales staff and distribution team with administrative tasks.
• Collect and organize retail inventory data to prepare sales orders.
• Create and build order proposals.
• Manage customer profile information.
• Receive and process sales orders ensuring accurate product and pricing information.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Perform routine digital asset audits to ensure up to date and accurate product information.
• Generate internal and market-based sales reports.
• Work with marketing to support product information needs.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven work experience as a sales administrator or sales support agent.
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Driver License.
