At Stretch Zone, our mission is to help people feel better, move better, and live better — and we need passionate, community-driven individuals to help spread the word.

As a Membership Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our studio, connecting with people in the local community and inspiring them to take their health and mobility to the next level through our one-of-a-kind assisted stretching method.

What You’ll Do:

 Drive Community Outreach:
Engage with local businesses, events, and neighborhoods to promote Stretch Zone and generate interest in our services.

 Lead Membership Sales:
Convert first-time guests into long-term members by showcasing the benefits of our innovative membership model.

Deliver First-Class Service:
Greet every visitor with energy and positivity. Schedule appointments, handle phone inquiries, and make everyone feel at home.

Support Member Retention:
Follow up regularly with new and existing members to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

 Meet & Exceed Sales Goals:
Confidently present our practitioner-assisted stretching services and guide each guest toward the best membership option for their needs.

 Be a Team Player:
Contribute to a supportive, professional, and fun team culture.

Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
