As an Inventory Clerk at Medtronic, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels, and supporting efficient inventory management within our supply chain. You will be responsible for tracking, organizing, and auditing inventory to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Assist in final disposition of loaner expired materials, dirty/damage inventory, critical kit replenishment, and decommissions.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Maintain and update inventory records using Medtronic’s inventory management system.  
• Conduct regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconcile discrepancies. 
• Organize, label, and store inventory to optimize space and ensure easy access. 
• Research inventory discrepancies. 
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and company policies for inventory handling.
• Research disputed missing inventory to supervisor in an efficient manner.
• Disposition expired materials into appropriate location daily.
• Assist with removing expired inventory from the shelf.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data, systems and procedures to determine solutions.
• Proficiency with various warehouse software applications.  
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities.  
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Analytical/mathematically inclined.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
   

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

• Requires high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Requires minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-volume distribution warehouse, or manufacturing operation.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$39,600.00 - $59,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico
