About the role

As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include executing manual and automated tests, identifying bugs and performance issues, and working closely with the development team to ensure seamless user experiences.

• Perform comprehensive manual testing across web, mobile, and CMS platforms to identify bugs, UX issues, and inconsistencies.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress.io, Appium, or equivalent.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Monitor and improve performance testing through tools like JMeter, k6.io, or other alternatives.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Report, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Linear).
• Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, plans, and reports.
• Suggest and implement custom QA solutions where off-the-shelf tools fall short.
• Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in software QA with both manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Cypress.io for web automation.
• Experience testing mobile apps using Appium or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Postman for API testing.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6.io, or any suitable alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement custom QA tools or scripts as needed.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
