Job Summary:
The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for providing support to the senior leaders of the office and secondary leadership to office staff, providing a high level of customer service and assisting in ensuring the overall branch is performing at an exceptional level.

- Assist in all operational aspects(i.e., retail functions and maintenance for customers) including distribution, customer service, administration and sales in accordance with the Encore Bank's objectives
- Assist in implementing strategies and operational logistics for the bank’s success
- Assist with internal Branch audits and security to ensure we are in compliance.
- Lead and direct banking operations through various managerial duties
- Build strong relationships with office staff and customers
- Assist in developing strong relationships with other financial institutions
- Promote products and services to customers
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales and partnership opportunities
- Develop staff to support customers and overall branch operations.
- Meet goals and metrics
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and Encore Bank
- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the position in a satisfactory manner. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines:
- 3-5 years of Banking experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other business related fields
- At least 2 years of previous experience developing and training others
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in analyzing and understanding financial statements, ratios and concepts
- Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high pressure work environment with varying degrees of supervision
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
