Senior Business Systems Analyst SAP Sales and Distribution

<p></p><p><b>A Day in Your Life at MKS:</b></p><p>The role of the Senior Business Systems Analyst SAP SD will be to provide support in SAP sales and distribution module for the end users working at MKS globally, with focus on MKS entities in Europe.</p><p>The core responsibility will be active and effective SAP ERP support for the SAP SD processes based on defined SLA’s and global support processes.</p><p></p><p><b>You Will Make an Impact By:</b></p><ul><li>Understand and can execute SAP configuration changes within the SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) areas of SAP. Understand third-party interfaces to related auxiliary systems such as tax determination systems, credit management and similar.</li><li>Work directly with business owners and Business Relationship Managers to identify &amp; define SAP related objectives and goals related to effective support of SAP SD distribution module, contribute to continuous improvement processes and problem management processes.</li><li>Collaborate with various IT staff and business users in the testing of new software programs and applications such as upgrades, interface applications, business functions and new configuration.</li><li>Develop and provide training and user manuals.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills You Bring:</b></p><ul><li>Deep understanding of configuration, customization and best practices in SAP’s Sales and Distribution module</li><li>Ability to collaborate with business end users as well as other functional and technical IT members</li><li>Solution-orientation paired with high-quality of work</li><li>Experience working in global IT support teams a clear plus</li><li>Basic understanding of ABAP capabilities to work with a SAP development team.</li><li>Understanding the end-to-end process between SAP C4HANA/Ecommerce platform and the SAP SD module in SAP ERP system a clear plus</li><li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools to extract, analyze and process SAP ERP data.</li><li>Fluent English is a MUST.  Other languages a clear plus</li><li>SAP Certifications in the SAP SD area a clear plus</li><li>BA in Computer Science, Management or Economics or equivalent experience.</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience in SAP SD</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Background in working with a multi-site, global business environment, multi-cultural community.</li><li>Experience as a Team Member, Team Lead or Project Manager on at least one full SAP cycle implementation a clear plus</li></ul><p></p><p><span>#LI-TD1</span></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
